Rear dormer loft conversion and re-roof in Halesowen, West Midlands
Its been a busy few months following the Christmas break and this loft conversion in Halesowen is now almost complete.
Our clients chose to have a full re-roof whilst the loft was being converted which is becoming increasingly popular. This involves all the old tiles, laff and felt being removed and replaced with all new, meaning the newly converted loft is well protected against the elements.
All the plastering work has now been completed so we will be back in this week to complete all the second fix carpentry.
From the scaffold being erected this job has taken only 4 weeks to get up to the plastering stage with our fitters only cutting out for the new staircase at the start of the 4th week. We do it like this to ensure disruption to our clients is kept to an absolute minimum.
